The Great
Mountain Escape

The brief

Four days from Antwerp. Beginner-friendly mountain walking. A warm staffed inn, good dinner, a real bed and preferably a private room. We finish at the same car.

How to read this: every row is a possible version of this trip type. “Fully worked out” means there is a dedicated plan with chosen stays, route and logistics. Everything else is comparison research—not a hidden itinerary.

A type-specific table makes the trade-offs visible before enthusiasm wins.
